The Jeff Parker Law Firm is located in Belton, Texas.  While most of our clients are from the Temple, Belton, Harker Heights, Killeen, Copperas Cove, Gatesville, and Lampasas communities; we represent clients from all areas of Texas, not just those persons located in our main counties of practice:  Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, Milam, Williamson, and McLennan counties.

Our firm prides itself on providing its clients with the highest quality legal services in the most prompt and efficient manner.  We offer very competitive rates and take cases both on a fixed-fee or an hourly basis. A fixed-fee rate means there will never be any surprise costs nor any unexpected expenses in resolving your legal issues.  An hourly rate may be preferable in those situations where the legal issues involved are not complex or the anticipated time to completion is expected to be short.

Criminal Law
We practice in both state courts and federal courts, representing adults and juveniles for offenses such as the Possession or Sale of Illegal Drugs or Narcotics, Assault, Sexual Assault, Burglary, Forgery, Murder, Robbery, Theft cases of all types, DWI, DWLS/DWLI or driving while license suspended or invalid, Weapons related offenses, and more.

If someone has already been convicted of a criminal offense, we can file motions for new trials, appeals, and writs.  Or, we also handle expunctions, the sealing of juvenile records, and petitions for non-disclosure to "clean-up" the records of those individuals who may have made some mistakes in the past but who now need a fresh start.

Thank you for visiting our website.  We encourage you to contact us today.  We look forward to satisfactorily serving your legal needs.
